Welcome! I'm Alex and i'll be your coach..


I’m extremely passionate about health and teaching, My journey began with a Bachelor's in Social Work, followed by a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Toronto. In 2016, I completed a Master's in Social Work from Ryerson University, focusing on counseling. Alongside my studies, I ran a business as a personal trainer and health coach. 

Through relationship building, assessment, and mindfulness, I provide tailored health programs and weekly check-ins, which may include meditation, goal setting, exercise plans. My approach is holistic, focusing on sustainable strategies that create significant changes with minimal effort.

With experience as an athlete and healthcare professional, I understand the importance of balance, intuition, and strategic problem-solving. I aim to support those who juggle multiple roles, helping them to thrive without burnout.
